RENTAL RATE - The rental rate for each item is between $20 and $100 per month, as indicated in this online catalog and on your printed order. Each partial payment includes a principal reduction equal to 10 - 30% of the original retail price, and a rental processing charge equal to 2 - 10% of the original retail price.

RENTAL PERIOD - The rental period is in increments of 1 month, from a minimum of 1 month, to a maximum of 3 - 10 months (see item details for number of months).

NO REFUNDS - Payment made on a mouthpiece is not refundable, or transferable to another mouthpiece. If you return a mouthpiece, we reduce the price and re-list it on our web site as a previously rented mouthpiece. We often have previously rented mouthpieces available with 30% - 60% discounts.

PURCHASE PLAN - We will continue to charge your credit card at the monthly rate for each mouthpiece you keep, for the indicated number of months. You can pay the remaining balance at any time by credit card or PayPal.

PURCHASE OPTION - If you do not wish to be billed monthly on your credit card, select Purchase when adding items to the Shopping Cart. If you wish to Purchase using PayPal, email your order to MpcHelp@aol.com. We cannot accept PayPal for monthly rental payments.

SHIPPING OUT - Please note that additional shipping costs may be billed separately for large orders or International destinations.

US - You pay $10 per order for Priority Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation (typically 2-3 days in transit). You have the option to pay $25-30 per order for Express Mail (typically 1-2 days in transit).

INTERNATIONAL - You pay $30-35 per order for International Express Mail (typically 1-2 weeks in transit). You can request FedEx ($50-80) by email (MpcHelp@aol.com) immediately after placing your order. The additional cost will be billed separately.

SHIPPING BACK - Be sure to allow adequate delivery time before the end of your rental month. A returned mouthpiece must be back by the end of the rental month to avoid being charged for the next month. The monthly billing is automatically charged on the same day of the month that you ordered. We do not add extra days for shipping.

US - We recommend that you use Insured Priority Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation (typically 2-3 days in transit) or Insured Express Mail (typically 1-2 days in transit) to return the mouthpiece.

INTERNATIONAL - We recommend that you use Insured International Express Mail (typically 1-2 weeks in transit) or FedEx to return the mouthpiece.

PAYMENTS RESPONSIBILITY - Please make sure there is enough available credit on your card to clear the monthly payments for as long as you rent.

DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY - The rental mouthpiece arrives in a PRO TEC pouch. Please keep it in this pouch whenever it is not in your instrument. We understand there may be light insertion marks on the shank when a mouthpiece is returned to us. Any other scratches degrade the value of the mouthpiece for the next player who rents it. Please respect your fellow players by not damaging a rental mouthpiece. If you accidentally drop or dent it, we ask that you purchase it. Each returned mouthpiece must be shipped back in its own protective PRO TEC pouch, or you will be charged for the pouch and any resulting damage.
